The Greater Federal Way Chamber’s online Certificate of Origin program, can turn costly, time consuming and inefficient paper-based processing of export documents into a streamlined process. For both exporters and freight forwarders, our we offer a simple tool that enables you to process electronic Certificates of Origin right from your desktop – not only saving time and money, but also increasing compliance and productivity for your business.
It’s Easy to Participate
Once you register for our online e-certify program, you are a member of the Chamber’s Horizon initiative, supporting economic development throughout the south Puget Sound region. The Chamber offers additional discounts for its members and special rates for bulk exporters.

Certificates of Origin submissions are monitored 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Approvals are completed within 24 hours of submission.
essCert Certification Demonstration
Review the essCert US Certificate of Origin System User Guide for exporter instructions on how to apply for a certificate. Assistance with the essCert system can be obtained by emailing the essCert helpdesk at support@esscert.com or call (972) 885-3700.
Certificates of Origin are reviewed and delivered within 24 hours of online submission. Certificates are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled. Refunds may be available on system errors. The Certificate of Origin program is provided through essCert.
